The Electric Blue Acara are a bright blue peaceful fish. Both females and males show a shiny blue over their scales with an orange trim on their dorsal fin. The Electric Blue Acara are peaceful but can be aggressive during breeding and shouldn't be kept with small fish as they will eat them. The Electric Blue Acara can do well in a planted tank but may occasionally nibble at plants.
